IMPORTANT: This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") should be carefully read before using the Fincend mobile application ("Application"). By downloading, installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by all terms of this agreement.
Fincend grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
This license includes the following rights:

The Application and all content, features and functionality contained therein (including but not limited to software, text, images, logos, icons and their design) are the exclusive property of Fincend or its licensors and are protected by Turkish and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.
You are obligated to comply with all local, national and international laws and regulations when using the Application.
Fincend offers basic features free of charge. A subscription is required to access premium features. Subscription fees and terms are clearly stated within the application.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's policies. Fincend does not process refunds directly.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". Fincend makes no warranty that the application will operate uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
IMPORTANT: The Fincend application, including AI-powered recommendations, does not provide professional financial, investment or tax advice. All recommendations are for informational purposes only. It is recommended that you consult a qualified financial advisor before making important financial decisions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations, analyses and reports provided by the Application. Users are advised to verify their own financial data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fincend or its licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application:
This limitation applies even if Fincend has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the application from your device and closing your account.
Fincend reserves the right to terminate your license without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Fincend reserves the right to update the application regularly. Updates may:
We reserve the right to update this Agreement from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the application after updates means you accept the changes.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
This Agreement is between you and Fincend, not with Apple, Inc. Fincend, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the Application.
If you downloaded the Application through the Google Play Store, you are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Google Play Terms of Service, the Google Play Terms of Service shall prevail.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Fincend's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision. Any waiver shall not be valid unless made in writing.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Application and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements relating to the subject matter.
